CHICKEN PORRIDGE

Prepare rice porridge in a bowl, add small pieces of chicken strips, hard boil egg. Additional: add fresh bean sprout. Sprinkle with chopped spring onion, fried chopped shallot. And pour hot 'Soto Banjar' soup. Garnish with mint leaves.
